GastronomiaUK was born from our Sicilian heritage and a passion for authentic Italian food.

Across Italy, the same dish changes from one region, town or family to another. Each recipe has its own character, shaped by local ingredients, family traditions and years of experience. This is the food culture we grew up with and the one we want to share.

We prepare our food with simple ingredients, patience and attention to detail. From fresh pasta and béchamel to slow cooked ragù, sauces and fillings, everything is made with care.

Restaurant quality food should not only belong inside restaurants. It should be available at your local market, for your family dinner, your lunch break or your weekend table.

Today, quality matters even more to us because we are parents.

Having a young daughter has changed the way we think about food. Like every parent, we want to know exactly what goes onto our family’s table. We bring the same care to every meal we prepare for our customers.
